1) How do I join the league? Contact Brian Bourque by email (members@hcgl.org) or by phone 256-337-4990.
2) When does the league play? We start the Tuesday after daylight savings time begins. The league plays one afternoon a week with tee-times starting around 4:00pm. The season last until the week before "Labor Day".
3) What type of game does the league play (match or stroke play)? The match consist of 2 teams playing each other in both match play and stroke play. The "A" player from one team plays the "A" player from another team, "B" vs. "B", "C" vs. "C", "D" vs. "D", each match between individuals is worth 20pts while the team match is also worth 20pts, for a total of 100pts per match. All players establish a league handicap through the Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) system designed by the league.
